Do I have to register for classes or can I just walk in without registering?Pre-registering is required. The instructors need to have a text book and hand-outs for every student. Pre-registering allows the instructor to have a head count. Also, if a student walks in and the class is full, students who have pre-registered are given priority seating over the walk-in.
How do I pay for class? For pre-license classes, payment will be made on the first day of class. For Continuing Education, class payments will be made at the beginning of each class. Payments can be made by cash, Credit Card or by a check made payable to Real Estate Educators. Payments cannot be made online prior to class.
Will I have to take a final examination? There will be a final examination in all Salesperson and Broker Pre-license classes. A final examination is not required for any of the Continuing Education classes.
