- It is important in today's market for us to understand the roles of a Real Estate Broker and their licensees to be able to best protect the consumers as much as possible. The 18 case studies provided by SREC are extremely important in building the foundation for this state-mandated class. This class will examine how ALL Brokers and their licensees should be able to safeguard the average real estate consumer by understanding their roles and responsibilities regarding property management, advertising, escrow accounts, and general supervision including commissions and fees.
