    This 3.5-hour program will address the uses and differences between each PAR addendum. This class will also explain the advantages and disadvantages of each addendum that is discussed. Each student will also create an understanding of these types of addenda that will allow the sales professional to help educate their clients on what to expect throughout the transaction.

Pre-registration and pre-payment are required for this course. By pre-registering you are guaranteeing your seat in class and allows the instructor to have an accurate head count to assure that a sufficient amount of books/handouts/materials will be on hand. Walk-ins will not be honored.
